Aqui
está uma boa solução! No entanto devo avisar que é ALTAMENTE viciante...
Super
adicionar a saladas!
Colocar
numa taça e temperar a gosto.
Deitar
Agitar a
meio do tempo.
Deixar
E agora
vou ali comer os meus...

Are you
planning to watch a movie tonight or do you need anything to nibble while
studying? Or
even to take to work?
Here's
a good solution! However,
I must warn you that it is HIGHLY addictive ...
Super
easy to prepare, few ingredients, and it can be used to add to salads! In
this case I would advise you to double the recipe, because you will not resist them
and it may not be enough for the salad ...
Ingredients:
- 1 can of chickpeas
- 1 tsp of smoked paprika
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic powder
- Dash of olive oil
Preparation:
Wash the chickpeas and dry thoroughly on kitchen paper. Do not press too hard not to crush.
Some of
the shells come out automatically, but I confess that I did not waste time
taking them all, I just took the ones that were already loose.
Put in a bowl and season to taste.
Put in a bowl and season to taste.
Put the chickpeas in a tray covered with parchment paper so that they are well spread, and take to the oven previously heated to 200C for 30min. Shake in the middle of time.
Leave
to cool in the paper for 10 min inside the oven after it has been turned off.
And now
I'm going to eat mine...
